Simply give toggle option to always make colonys that are on auto-construct default to either science or dust conversion when there is no more left in the auto que. Getting spammed with build-que popups for colonies you don't care about all the time is really annoying late game. Would also be nice if it could continue building when tech allows new option (ie not being stuck on conversion forever unless you change it manually).
