Limit one per faction for Obliterator and Battleship and make them visible on map

To let other faction know that their enemies have this super weapon and ability to counter it. The owner for this superweapon should have bit handicap, if they own a big gune others should have the ability to hunt them.

I didn't bought Supremacy exactly for this: I've read so many complaints about those Dreadnoughts I'm fearing they will become central in the gameplay experience, once bought the DLC.

Supremacy is still fun for me. It's not a big issue for veterans because they are well prepared. But for new players it will be challenging.
