While hacking speed can change using defensive/offensive programs - tracing speed DO NOT CHANGE.


It's not even known how long it will take to reach your "source" system. Therefore I propose an additional offensive program that slows tracking speed  - "PROXY"  - on a node it is used. 


It can be UC exclusive tech or a tech for all.
