BUYING/SELLING MANPOWER, POPS, INFLUENCE, SCIENCE OR OTHER RESOURCES ON MARKETPLACE

Of course it's up to devs to get meta straight, but buying especially manpower(but also other resources), used by all races - should be an option. 

That way you could research new improvements not being bothered with chaingainging if you have a surpluss of gold. Or buying "clout" - influence - straight from the power brokers ie banksters of Intergalactic trade centers.

In my other threads I also mentioned slavery or "service" - why cannot a UE bring back some Haroshems from the job market? Why cannot I look for Sower speciliasts as a Craver? Why cannot I "sell" pops I don't want.
