System-destruction rockets

At the beginning players would be able just to destroy system suns with it, this would make every planet excluding gas planets uninhabitable among every planet type excluding gas gigants.

Second tier would allow to make suns bigger so every planet is brought to ash/vulcanic level.

Third tier would allow to send this rocket to make impulse that kills every population unit in the system.
