Diplomacy: Instant Opinion Update

On the Negotiation Screen with another empire, there is an Opinion Bar (the game does not give an actual name) that shows the other empire's opinion of the current Contract Terms.  When you add or remove something from the Contract Terms, the Opinion Bar shows a little back-and-forth animation as though the AI were "thinking" before showing what their new opinion is.  This is annoying!  We all know the AI is not actually thinking about it and this little animation causes unnecessary delays in setting up Contract Terms since it is necessary to add a single item at a time to see how the addition will affect the opinion, and waiting each time for the opinion to "settle" before further modifying the Contract Terms.  Just make the Opinion Bar instantly update when adding or removing Contract Terms.
