There are many aspects to this idea, these are just a few, ask if you want more.

Needs a in-game information screen like Civilization games do, a built in wiki telling you about various aspects and stats of various things.

Various screens need to provide cursor popup or link for information. For example, on the tech screen the names of the frames are just random characters, people are left having to memorize the game because nothing in the tech screen really tells you what this frame does or that frame and of course these frame names that look like someone hit keys at random don't help, which causes issues with choosing a frame at the editing screen.

Ok the frame names are flavor, but maybe in parenthesis after the flavor name it could show type of frame. Like (small protector) (small attacker) and so in the edit menu. You could do this in the tech screen and that would be a huge improvement but I still feel it also needs the ability to see the details of these frames with the tech screen, where you click on the tech and it brings you to the details laid out in a wiki screen, with arrow keys to click on to go back like a browser has, direction keys would work for this too with up bringing you to parent category.

Or when it shows a tactic bigger is better gotten from a hero skill but doesn't tell you anything about it aside from it's name.

And those tech achievement things, it's either one thing or another at random? Then it should tell you what possible random things it could be.

Also default auto blueprint name for the small attack vehicle should not be "corvette" or whatever, that does not make it obvious what kind of frame you even just got.

Stuff like that. better availability of information in game.

P.S. Note that I edited this idea to clean it up, added and changed some stuff etc.
