The Uprising of the Aliens 


Remember the xenomorph, the face huggers. It would be AWESOME if an event triggered by the awakening of the xenomorph in the Endless Space 2 galaxies.


Triggered by players or AI's that stumbled upon certain selected planets that nurse the face huggers. Starting with ground battles, if the players can't annihilate them in battles ( the ground forces is lost and they become the xenomoprh (or other aliens) host.


which each victory gained by the alien, they assimilate and develop intelligence. Soon, they will be roaming the galaxies using random faction fleets that they managed to capture. Their fleets can't be indentify as theirs until the players are engage in battle with them. They can even invade planets and multiply.


the players need to become really strong in military in order to stop the uprising of the aliens or they can join forces with other factions to do the same. 


like horatio dna assimilation, the alien can assimilate each factions unique traits and even mutates them (upgrade).


it would a horrific experience (in a good way) for players to face this new event. It is whether they need to rush in strengthening their military forces or develop diplomatic relations with other factions and join forces to stop the alien.
