Ordering the Build list

Ya, I agree, I started a thread like this a short while back:

Our least favorite part of ES1 and ES were the Building Cue UIs.  They can get so cluttered at times, full of buildings and projects your never going to build, but are still forced to trudge through uncountable times.  If you watch some LetsPlay Videos, you'll see some people do what we do: Just build everything possible (regardless of the upkeep penalties) just to clear out all the mess.  It's almost worth going broke to never see the "+ experience to ships built" boxes again.

The "Just Buildings/Ships" tab does help a little bit, but this third iteration of the UI really needs to finally evolve to help us filter out unwanted clutter.  

I suggest more tabs.  Dust/Science/Food/Inf/Morale/Military.  Just like the current 2 tabs already included, clicking on one of the tabs will only list buildings that include the FIDIS listed on said tab.  

Perhaps a Shift-Click to grey out a box (I'm looking at you "Evacuate"); or move it permanently to the bottom of the list (or both).  Or even remove it from the possible selections from that system semi permanently.

And since you guys are really pulling out the stops tweaking the graphics and animations in this game, consider having the resouses listed above each planet go up (or down) based on the project/box your mouse is hovering over.
