System/star base curiosities/anomalies, that effect the entire star systems and/or add something to it. You would require the max curiosity probe research to discover. Giving the player more "standard"curiosities to discover (maybe in the form of un-salvageable derelict ships), event triggers and such, as well as a chance to discovery new traits to the system or star.
Example of some unique curiosities
- A hidden Tiny/Small planet or gas giant in system with 3 or less "visible" planets,
- Space based lifeforms living in the system, provide approval, science or dust(tourism) depending on the lifeform
- Comets, various bonus
- Pirate Base, causes massive pirate raid on system.
Unique star/system anomalies examples:
- Antimatter stars: the star is made up, or just contains, antimatter a bonus antimatter resource node
- Irradiated star: the star gives of higher than normal radiation, increase science per pop., but less food per pop and slight negative approval (fixable with research) .
- Dyson factories: a series of hidden automated endless space factories located near the star harvest excess solar matter to manufacture various building materials, bonus to industries and/or dust.
- Retrograde spin: The planets in the system rotate in different direction, science or dust bonus
