It makes me shit when in spatial 4x , planets are controled by only one state , even if there's more than one intelligent species on it . 

For exemple , on earth , we have two great nation which have a great influence on the earth . They are rivals and totaly independant . Both of them have been on the moon and begin the exploration of the galaxy
