Ever since Endless Space 1, I have wanted to be able to build fleets for my allies. I occasionally get systems with massive industrial capacities, but have nothing much to do with them.

I want the option to rquest an ally to construct ships for you

You should be more precise with your words. The first part tells me you want to build ships for your allies and "help" them in their War efforts, but the second parts tells me that you can build Allied ships for your own good.

It was a perspective change. But, I do agee that it was rather clumsy.
