It is more thrilling and epic to finish the game with a video than with a simple picture (which is fine though).

Depending on the time the dev team has, there could be multiple videos adapted to the faction you play with and the type of victory you have achieved ! 

I suggest that it contains the narrator voice and above all epic ES2 music !
