Each factions home planet should contain resources relitive to that factions starting ideology. For example the planet of Raia should contain tier 1 stratigic resources such as titanium and/or industry related luxery resources such as Jadonyx. These reousrces would have helped the creation of an industrial civilization that is the United Empire.
