Create player alarm clocks like 'remind me in X turns'

Sometimes you look at something "Aha, it will happen several turns later, I better not forget it" aaaaand you forget it. It would be really cool to create your own personal alarm clocks that you can write text description to. Like "Check diplomatic status", "look at terraforming options on system Primus", "go feed the cat" and set for "in 8 turns" or "on turn 143".
