I do believe, indication of Unfallen's colonization progress should be at star system's panel.

  1. Panel already displays another process that affects that system - praising. Such grouping is logical and follows UI/UX rules;
  2. Checking colonization progress by selecting a fleet and then moving a cursor above the icon is very annoying, especially if you have few colonization ships
