it would be nice to make all these powerful trade companies a little less powerful, we should be able to threaten/coherse military intervention on an faction....unless all economic ties are cut off from the specific faction you dictate to them.

ie: they can still be in an allaince, but have to cut off all economic ties, or face invasion.

obviously this would be a high influence cost, and rely on military strength
