I would like to be able to build combat stations in systems and other structures of active defense. In general, I think that the systems should, in certain structures themselves, fight back from a small enemy fleet. In the case of the battle of two fleets, they must help in the battle.

I do agree with this. Perhaps some sort of artillery platform to assist in space battles, or something on the scale of a fortress that would require either complete destruction or multiple assaults to capture.

This seems like a great idea. Why build full spaceships capable of flying around the whole galaxy only to park them full time in a system? Wouldn't satellites and weapons platforms make sense too? Cheaper to build but less flexible because you can't move them to address a threat in a different system.
