Implement a slider to limit max/min sizes of systems in game (mmm like 1-5) for galaxy generation.
Kinda like this guy's mod here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1233946283 but without all the drawbacks enforced when one is using mods.
