Travel through Vines

At present, I think vines actually block enemy movement.  In my current game, my fleets are taking some pretty bizarre paths to attack systems deep within the Unfallen enemy's vine network.

At the moment, Vines increase movement speed along them already. The big thing to consider is that Vines can link systems even without starlanes, meaning you'd need Warp (free move) to get to them, though the speed boost does apply to free move along Vine paths. Still not 100% sure how they interact with Wormholes, but they seem to go a bit bonkers.
