ELO rating system ladder in MP for Fight for all (and if added set teams 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 etc)

Balancing first:

One of MP games with fairly competent players I actually had Sykagoja within my spawn vision distance and Tor on the next system. Surprise : I won. even with lumeris, even against Vodyani, Riftborn, sophons, unfallen... and why?

Vodyani had closest minor faction 4 systems away, most of strategics were held by me, my home system had 3 fertile planets with luxuries and strategics. This all on normal settings with home system balancing on. Unfallen got bugged on invading a planet and could not spread vines my way for the rest of the game.

Other MP games vodyani get this start, but also with a minor faction within spawn vision distance guess how early does such a game end.

Then yes please!

Although it should be optional-ish, tryhard ELO players make games toxic as hell, it should be possible, but not enforced.
