many times now I've misclicked confirm and wasted points on my hero, or split them fleet vs system cause I've been up all night playing. 


I'd like to be able to respec the entire hero and rechoose the skills. this would need to have a cost and turn cooldown so it's not freely abused. I would sugest it scales with heroes level and number of times you've already done it.
