Senator Events

As it is, Heroes, the Academy, and the Senate all feel disconnected from each other, despite the fact they are united by the presence of Heroes as Senators. If we had events and quests similar to the current population quests and political events, but centered on one or more Senator Heroes, it could contribute to the interaction between the player, (some of) his/her Heroes, the Senate, and the Academy while tying them all together.
