Currently, the only way to interact with a minor civilization is to locate it on the map and click on it to access its diplomacy screen. That doesn't scale very well.


It would be best to have a dedicated screen with an overview of all discovered minor civilizations and their status, in the same spirit as the other overview screens accessible from the top left toolbar.
