Idea: Allow Issuing out MY OWN TRESPASS WARNINGS on other Factions[not just CLOSING OF BORDERS]

I know what a blockade is, i only want less of other faction ships to my system while trade goes on smootly, this would be a great help. 

As Other factions can give warning prior to a possible blockade when my ship are in their system.

sorry for the misinterpretation, its more of an idea than a question. 

Its just I've been having this "trespass issues" for a while now, and at the time I felt I overlooked or missed something in the game and hesitantly asked on how solve it (especially with the Lumeris). 

But I've also come to realize Just about any ship will be seen as military (including scouters - scientist ship, settler - ecologist ship) , not only attack or defense ships, I'll put this one here as a bug issue in another thread though. 

I've rephrased the idea heading to avoid confusion.
