Does anyone know the exact differences between the 8 difficulty levels? The Wiki only lists 7 levels so I don't know if that's accurate.

Huh, didn't even notice on level is missing. I wonder what as well, though. Especially if it actually makes a difference on how the AI acts, or only those modifiers that are clearly not meant for large games.
