Dear developers:

I always play the game with random enemies. When exploring the galaxy I found my selected faction. It´s a little bit strange to fight against my own faction. Can you please make a little patch, that the computer cant use to faction, which the player has chosen? If you're at it, can you also make it possible, that the color of the enemies can be changed? It would be very nice and I think the time required should be bearable.

You can just select all other, non-you faction at the start of the game and set their colors to your liking.

How can I change the enemy's color and how can I choose, that the enemies should be random, but not the same as I chose and not two or more same factions in one game. Can´t find it.

You can't set it at random with conditions. If it's random, it's random. So just manually pick the factions you want in the game.



And you can change the color by clicking the color bar for each player.

I have to agree with the suggestion made.

Adding a setting to "advanced gameplay options" to 'Don't allow random factions to roll a faction already in the game'.



However, with the game's status as a legacy title, it will most likely not receive minor patches any more, unless the devs have some 'free time' on their hands.

Thanks Himmelslicht. This it, what I mean. I think the devs can include this option in less then one hour. They only had to make the option-point and change the code which generate the random start-game settings.

It´s something like

if faction is already in game, choose another faction




And I find no way to change the color. Only my own color can be changed, not the computers. I want change the computers color.

You most definitely can change the color. It should be next to or on the color bar. Unless you can't change the color of random, I wouldn't know, I never tried it.

No, he's right. Back in Endless Space, you could only change the color of an AI by picking the color you want it to have, then switching to the color the AI already has, so you'd swap colors with it. There was no dropdown for the color of the AI factions. They only added that in Endless Legend.
