How do you travel to star systems linked by the blurry red lines? I figured out that the blurry white lines were wormholes, and I developed the tech to traverse those, but I can't seem to find a tech for traveling to systems with those blurry red lines. How's that done?

blurry red? sounds like sombody owns that system, and you cnt enter it for whatever reason
