Some planets have anomalies linked to some kind of improvement requiring a specific tech. Is there an easy way to locate them as soon as such tech is gained? The way I do it now is by checking each colonized system for its availabilty, which is somewhat cumbersome

That sounds like a cool idea. I love how you can see if you can colonies plants on solar systems at the moment , if they can implement something similar to that, it would make the game more streamlined.
