Steam cloud support would be great

Not to mention other steam services/support like achievements and stats etc. Could be quite good.

Particularly for when multiplayer is available with join/invite to game etc.

Including maybe even some SDK for the people who mod or a dedicated server tool. But thats probably just me being too hopeful. xD

Hopefully something will be sorted in future.

Having a whole mess of achievements would be a great addition to playing the game - I enjoy the added challenge that completing achievements can add to a game. If the devs are interested in this, they could post a thread for suggestions on what would be interesting and challenging achievements.

I have to disagree, achievements are among the most useless things ever. The only exception is that Notch managed to put em to use in minecraft by creating a tutorial with em.

Personally I think achievements are harmless, kind of useless, but sometimes funny, especially if they're clever. Nerdy references, like "I say we're in range now" for killing something hiding behind a planet by blowing up the planet (if such a thing would be possible), are much better than useless ranks like "Captain" for killing a hundred ships and "Admiral" for killing five hundred. But don't waste too much time creating achievements. They're just a little bonus, nothing really important.

Achievements are not all that bad gives you a small goal to aim for i personaly like them cause well then i know i can try to get that achievement. But it isn't needed to make the game more fun ofcourse.

And yes steam cloud and some other steam services should work well for this game.

It would be nice to have steam cloud included, even though i would not be using it (laptop broke so only got one location to play from)

As for achievements I do enjoy having playthrough's where I play solely for them trying to get as many as i can in a single playthrough if possible, alot of times it encourages me to do things or try tactics I would not normaly think of doing.
