Is it possible to transfer population from one system to another? I'm totally new to the game and I haven't found a way to do it. I know you can transfer them between planets in the same system.

You can work your way around : create colony ships. then send them where you want to add pop (each colony ship takes 1 pop with it)

I think i would be cool if you could build up transport ships that would move extra food (And so infering population with the increased growth) to new colonys.
