Some of the maps created had no wormhole connecting the systems. What do I do?

A common problem, likely to be changed before release. If you can see other star systems outside of your constellation you can research Warp Drive, in the bottom tech tree. This lets you travel without strings or wormholes. If you can't see any star systems you would need to get better sensor tech, right hand tree, then get warp drive, but this is a long road and you still may not be able to see another system.
