i haven't seen anywhere in the game call a star a sun, might be a translation issue, but furthermore, "sun" isn't necessarily bound to SOL either

it's more possessive. "the craver's sun" (The star in their home system)

its sometimes has systems named blue sun/white sun/red etc. other times it has them the correct red Dwarf/Giant/star naming.

proper naming it should be giant/dwarf/star but not sun (btw its not just one home system)

also English local if that means anything

Think of it like this: every time they say sun, they actually mean to say star and it was an error in the fabric of the universe that caused the word to be switched.

Every time I read "blue sun" on the galaxy map I think of FireFly. Also I don't think this is that Big of a deal.
