Hi. I feel that one thing lacking in the later game, especially when you have a lot of systems, is the ability to manage fleet production.

It is tedious as-is, even with rally points.

Suggestion is:

- ability to select a set of ships you want to build, and select a rally point for that particular set of ships. E.g., build 5 "Kinetic Destroyer", 5 "Kinetic Tank", 2 "Kinetic Repair", rally to system "Omega".

- ability to save selections. E.g., the above may be called "Balanced Kinetic Fleet", and I can select to build it again later (rally point could be set separately each time). E.g., I can save the above, then request a 2nd Balanced Kinetic Fleet to be built & rallied to system "Gemini".

- ability to change priority of building fleets. So if I have 5 fleets I've requested to be built, I can shuffle around which one is built first.

- ships already in-progress would be unaffected; priority would only affect which fleet's ships are built as production queues become available. (Could change WHICH fleet a currently building ship will be for, if it is a match to multiple fleets, and a different fleet that includes that ship type becomes a higher priority. Maybe leave this part out for now if it is too much work.)

- have a toggle for each system. If toggle is on, when that system is not producing anything at the start of a turn, its production queue is filled from the still-to-be-built portion of the highest priority fleet-to-be-built. (If building a ship from the requested list would only take 1 turn, keep adding ships until at least 2 turns are needed.)

- if multiple systems are eligible to build from the bulk-fleet order, either add ships in such a way as to minimize turns building the fleet, or if that is difficult, instead assign the highest cost ships to the highest industry systems first, and on down from there.

- fleet rally point overrides general rally point of the system (but only when building a ship for a requested fleet; ad-hoc build orders given by the player would rally to the general rally point, and would not be counted towards the requested fleet, even if the ship is a match to a requested ship.)
