I came up with this as an alternate accuracy/damage mechanic. Based on older very low accuracy for melee: 10/10/100 and medium range 25/100/25 values. So I played with it a bit.



Rate of Fire:

Weapon Salvos Per Phase

Kinetic 4

Laser 4

Missile 2

Fighter* 4

*Fighters do not deal any damage in LR phase



Accuracy:

Phase Weapon Range

Long Medium Short

Long 90 80 70

Medium 80 90 80

Short 70 80 90



Evade: Evade is now 1/5th of Hull Weakness.

Hull:

Corvette/Destroyer: 30

Cruiser/Battleship: 20

Dreadnought/Transport: 10



Hull Weakness: Hull Weakness is now used to calculate Evade chance.

Hull:

Corvette/Destroyer: 150

Cruiser/Battleship: 100

Dreadnought/Transport: 50



Defense Modules:

Deflect is now the same as shield = reduces incoming damage by a certain percent.
