ENDLESS™ Space is a turn-based 4X strategy game, covering the space colonization age in the ENDLESS™ Universe. You control every aspect of your civilization as you strive for galactic dominion.
To see where your fleet would wind up if you gave it an order to move, pressing ALT (or other key) would show the path info (little dots) to the mouse cursor location. That way you know how many turns it would take it to get there.

It's not great, but it works.
O RLY. Well, maybe my suggestion is still valid, if only from a usability perspective, and if they allow moving to empty space, this trick probably won't work anymore.
