I'd like to be able to disable system improvements to see how FIDS would change after destroying the improvement in question to help deciding whether or not a certain improvement is still needed or if it's just money thrown out of the window. A disabled improvement could still require an upkeep/maintaining cost per round - either an arbitrary amount like 1 Dust, or 25%/50% of its standard cost.
If thats not viable at least it would be nice to see which buildings are adding which improvements individually in system menu or when you hover over them in the improvements tab.
