ENDLESS™ Space is a turn-based 4X strategy game, covering the space colonization age in the ENDLESS™ Universe. You control every aspect of your civilization as you strive for galactic dominion.
I would like to ask/suggest few things for multiplayer.
1. Chat in lobby, and ability to see people online. It would be great to be able to arrange games before actually creating.
2. Ability to give MP game a name. Maybe a small thing, but if game host changes currently game's name changes what misleads people when recovering game.
3. If it's possible, game should not drop when host leaves the game. Host rights should go to some other player automatically for the game not to drop. It is is hard to recover game if hosts suddenly quits, for example because he's getting heavy beating orsimply got connection issues.
4. There's way visually see if oos happened, but you could make the game check for oos, and give message if that happened? That would be much better then make manual checks every turn.
5. Possibility to see who's inside the game from lobby
1, 2, 3, and 5 have already been suggested on the forums. Those are on our improve list.
As for 4, it is quite difficult to add a message warning about synchronisation issues as they might have happened several turns ago (reloading a quicksave then appears to be useless). We are however working actively on the desync in Endless Space (check out this thread and AmpliMath's posts).
