Kinetic weapons rely on spamming more bullets to overcome defenses, it would make sense that the card that specifically empower the Kinetics actually increase the "bullet storm" effect. That would make Kinetics a lot more useful don't you think?



Edit: Either that or make overlock negate some deflection instead, so more bullets gets through.

So you're saying that Overclock should be more a Penetration card? And the name overclock doesn't even fit it haha, overclock should mean what you stated, increase the bullet storm effect. But I agree with both ideas
