When you have a ship with more than 1 pod, it definitely cost more than 1 population, but in its tooltips 1 population doesn't change.

Btw, is it possible to change the tooltips for defense modules? don't say deflects X kinetics, just say delfects X, or relate the weapon to the xml code? so we can make defense module do everything?
