This is a simple suggestion: Show the Temple on an explored moon right in the System View and when you mouse over it the Temple's popup appears.

I too would like a way to see where temples are with out having to click on every planets details screen. Either an entry at the bottom like above or as a different moon icon showing a temple is present with tooltip popup if you hover over it.
