The game has a Game Speed option but it needs more IMO. I would like to be able to change the require time it takes to research and build separately. Having reductions of %25, %50, and %75 should suffice. I suggested this in the mod section to see if there was a quick mod someone could whip up.

I support this. I'm currently writing up and refining a lot of suggestions I've been tinkering with over the month's, and enhanced game customization that you can decide upon before starting a game is among them.
