When you are choosing which planet in a system to colonize, it shows you the base FIDS values per population. However, these base values only count the base planet values plus the anomaly changes. It does NOT include any bonuses from strategic or luxury resources.



So, I end up having to mouse over each resource and adding those values to the FIDS shown. This is silly and should be included in the base values just like anomalies are. If you don't have the tech to use that resource, then it would not be added to the FIDS shown.

There is a lot of this they could and probably should include.
