Remove countdown to start a space battle

Just a minor hassle, but since I can't cancel the space battle once I've started it anyways, why wait 5 seconds before starting the fight?

I find myself trying to squeeze in reading a report or two while waiting for the fight to start. Just felt compel to make use of those 5 otherwise wasted seconds.

That's likely the time it takes to render the ship models and scene.

Seems unlikely since the time is the same regardless of fleet size/combat environment.

Yea. Seems silly to make people wait. I don't quite understand the logic.

I agree. I guess the idea was to show the "gathering of the fleets on the battlefield", and the a meticulous dev made it last as long as any other phase. ;-)

I would like to see to shorten this notable.
