I would like to suggest a statistical progress view screen, whose main function would be really rich empire statistics over time, viewing a progress from beginning the game until current turn.



Stile of a screen would be descriptive ie. a line or bar chart.

Screen may have two separate tabs with following two most important statistics:

-Economy progress

-Military progress



Currently endless space has this screen via tooltip when we hover the mouse over Empire view or military view, but this info is for current turn only and it's not descriptive at all.

This can be done more descriptive, by following own empire stats and growth player may better see what is going on, what's most important to build or research, where the empire is running bad or good.



There are thousand of statistical formulas in the world, and many of them would make fine addition in this game.



Example for economy view:

-population growth over time

-food production over time

-industry over time

-empire approval over time

-science over time

-dust over time

-expenses over time ...



When you have that tool, you may ie say "o look my approval is falling down last 6 turns or whatever"

Now knowing that kind of stats you know how to plan your game next xy turns
