I feel that upgrading the Diplomacy system so that factions that have bonds due to the backstory (Pilgrims and Sophons) or have bad blood (United Empire and Pilgrims) are affected in how diplomacy works in the early-mid game. I'd also like to see some more diplomacy options, such as specific military-only treaties, research pacts and an expanded system for economic trade routes.

Agree, diplomacy in ES has not enough depth.



It Needs perhaps also more trade-Options, like I can say: trade from world A to world B - like trade-routes in galactic civilisations 2.
