Hi! Just got the game and just got back from Chicago so I will be playing the crap out of this game and try my best to give feedback. I do have summer school starting tomorrow so I will try and keep at this the best I can.

Also if anyone else has posted these ideas sorry about that just trying to get a game in tonight with school starting in the morning. Will read other parts of the forum when I get a chance.

Some good points but it is in Alpha/beta isn't it?. they are only experimenting the faces, meaning using dummy type runs on things. or so I presume anyway, not having the game myself.

These are good points because it is an Alpha, not but

This will help improve the game, which is more difficult in a later release version.

Thats what alphas/betas are for feedback to make them awesome sauce.

They are suppose to be not fun in this case it is... I didn't say that.

I like your idea to pause at some point in combat. Dunno if it would work out great, but I like it.

Just a thought for a startup option when making a game. Basic Build Queue (check box) as of now you can build only 1 thing at a time in your systems.

If unchecked you get a slider (this changes the value of x read on) . Every x turns you get another or enchanced build queue in your systems. In the beginning yes you get 1 queue (only build one thing at a time). After x turns you can choose either

A. build a ship and a building at a production penalty or B. build one item at a time at a boost. (homeworld naturally excels in either choice compared to other systems)

every x turns

A. penalty goes away slowly and B. boost increases slowly (homeworld system will always lead a little).

This can be changed at anytime with a 1 turn cooldown and you can still queue items up and it won't effect it either.

Actually a nice idea to make things glowing and pinging and generally give more feedback. I'd just like that not only for my heroes but for my building queues as well. ^^

Yes random is needed in a future build of the game, would like to see it in beta and it's not that hard to make actually so it's maybe something they want to go for.
