Maybe it has been already suggested, sorry if I miss the post.



So, as the title says, I suggest to add a need on the fleet size in order to do a system blockade. The need could be indexed on the system size. This way a single scout could no longer proceed to a blockade, which is a very anoying I think (and not very hmm... realistic?).
