Hi, not sure if this has already been requested - my apologies if it has.



I find it somewhat annoying in the system screen when I roll over development options and the pop-up with the explanation shows giving you the relevant stats for that option (e.g +1 Science for Arid etc, etc). The menu is definitely needed but it shouldn't pop up over the system view as it covers the planets description, it's a minor annoyance but I find myself constantly forgetting to memorize the system planets to go through the roll-overs looking for an appropriate development - it would be much more user friendly if the attributes popped up to the left or right and not obscuring the planet/s descriptions.
