[Suggestion] Improve Blockade system

How many times was I annoyed with another faction scout or a small pirate ship orbiting in a system under my control. Each time, the system was under blockade for a single turn, but it eventually harms economy a lot if repeated. And there is no defenses against this process.

Ooryl and I have some ideas to improve this system.

First of all, perhaps make the blockade an active process triggered by the player, and not automatically triggered by the arrival of another faction's ship. This action may have impacts on diplomacy between concerned factions.

A second idea would be to add buildable orbital defenses in the stellar system. These defenses would be researched in the weapon tech tree, and would be enough powerful to destroy single light ships, but with a significant upkeep cost.



Hope you don't think these ideas sucks.

The first suggestion is a good idea, but i think orbital defenses are not a good idea, maybe as buildable space station that acts like a (specialized) planet that produces only one kind of smiley: fids.
